Sweet Stuff

So many chiptune artists seem to tend to get too caught up in the sound effect rather than the chords and melody. It's refreshing to find something really catchy with a dash of funk rather than the other way around.

Awesome

Nobuo and the Black Mages would be proud. You've captured the spirit of the song perfectly. I could play this along side some of the harder tracks off of Advent Children and it'd feel seamless.

I've actually been doing some FF7 covers on the side, of the softer tunes like Anxious Heart, and this song is definitely an inspiration to keep going with it.

Dark and Powerful

You've got a great sense of syncopation, which definitely shines juxtaposed with the straighter melodic sections. And the melodic sections convey a great sense of expanse and progression in the song.

Overall very polished.

Definitely heard some Donkeykongesquity in there too.
